For Any Exchange and Refunds, an Original Sales invoice and all supported Documents Should be Presented, we only entertain transactions with the person whose name the bill is issued.

BILL TO BILL EXCHANGE(100% EXCHANGE)

1. Jewellery can be exchanged for the full amount paid within 7 working days from the date of delivery of Jewellery on Production of the original Invoice, we only Accept jewellery if it is returned in the same condition and is unused, we can’t refund fully or partly in cash while exchanging the jewellery, Jewellery Should not be Tampered, altered, or Repaired in any way.
   
   
2.  If the product is damaged or the stones have fallen out, exchange is not permitted.
3. Any Order Item cannot be exchanged as Bill to Bill
4. We can’t exchange jewellery from Bill to Bill if the jewellery is Customised or altered by the Customer at the time of purchase.

Exchange

After 7 Working Days from the Date of Delivery if a customer wants to Exchange the Jewellery, Value Addition (VA) and Making charges amount and Taxes will be deducted from the amount paid and Exchange will be done on the remaining value as per below

1. Gold (Net Weight): Prevailing market price

2. Diamonds

 Diamonds To Diamonds Exchange:  95% of the market value

 Diamonds To Other Jewellery Exchange:  90% of the market value


3. Un-Cut Diamonds: 75% Value Paid at the Time of Purchase

4. Precious Stones: 75% Value Paid at the Time of Purchase

5. Kundan: 75% of Value after deducting making and value addition at the Time of Purchase

6. Victorian: 75% of Value after deducting making and value addition at the Time of Purchase

7. Platinum: 70% of Value after deducting making and value addition at Market price

8. All Beads, Pearls, CZS Stones, Birth Stone, Semi Precious Stones: NO EXCHANGE OR RESALE

No Cash Refund will be done for any product and the customer has to buy another product for the complete value that is given for the old product being exchanged.

REFUNDS

 If you seek a refund, an additional deduction of 10% will be made on the final. Exchange Value of Diamonds, Uncut Diamonds, Kundans, Victorian and Platinum and 5% Additional deduction will be made on the Final Exchange Value of gold.

Payment will be made only by Cheque or Online Transfer at Customer’s Request

Order Cancellation

If the Order is cancelled by the Customer, Value Addition and Making Charges Should be Borne by the Customer

The Exchange and Refund policy can be changed or modified at the sole discretion of the company anytime without notice

Exchange or Refund For Exports Out of India

Currently, we do not accept any returns or exchanges of our products in case of international orders, sales, and international shipping.

In case of any disputes, courts in Hyderabad only will have Jurisdiction.
